My dog is on facebook

Thanks for your encouragement guys, my friend Pete sent me this today I found it very encouraging from Isaiah 40:

Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall feebly
stumble and fall exhausted; But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope
in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.

My dog bit the head of a rat today and ate it!!! weirdly my friend Steve has set my dog up with a facebook account... if you get the chance add him as a friend look up Tom Pepe Heasley, there are some great pictures under his album Rat Attack. I have also been sucked into the vortex that is facebook, but it won't replace blogging for me, but hook me up if you are on there.

Tonight was great out on the street, just what the doctor ordered, some of our guys saw a worker standing reading one of the bibles we give out, another worker is reading hers behind the bar where she works. We keep getting asked for cool bibles, a lot of people are just reading them like a novel.

Got stopped by a girl and her friends tonight who work out here, we had a lovely chat and I was able to pray with her on the street and as it was her birthday I gave her a bible. Funny thins was when we started talking there were not enough seats for me to sit down, so she said i could sit on her seat and she would sit on my lap, very sweet of her but I declined.

A beautiful night out on these beautiful streets, hope you can tell I feel better today. Sorry for the pity party yesterday.

is cool man, everyone has crap days, due to things they've done or things that are spiritual...whatever life being fruitful is not so much about maintaining positivity, but the desire to connect with Jesus...init....plus your a soldier, i know this may not be your favourite term, but battles happen, this is a war, you have a captain...its not make believe or amateur night, this stuff is for real...but you know this, i ramble, i be quiet now.
